Newsletter 7/19/19 – Band Camp Edition
The information below is an outline of what to expect for this week. All families should review the Band Camp Survival Guide for complete instructions, itineraries, and information.
- Check-in times will be staggered to allow for a smoother registration process
- Parents must accompany students through the registration process
- Deadline to submit forms & payments for Fast Pass is 3pm TODAY
- Those who have qualified will be notified via email by the end of the day today
- ALL requirements must be met to qualify
- Beat the lines at registration and make sure that you have paid at least $400 of your student’s fees or set up a payment plan by 3pm today
- Thank you to those of you who have signed up to volunteer or donate items for Band Camp
- There are still many shifts available, click here to select a time that you can help
- All donations (including Pride Baker cookies) should be dropped off at the Concession Stand counter on Sunday
Parent Preview Meal:
- Deadline extended – Order forms & Payments will be accepted through 4pm on Monday, July 22nd
- Donatos cards – Sell $10 discount cards, earn $5 per card. Click here to download the order form, or pick one up in the LC/LN PA office. Sale ends August 8th
- Professional Automotive – Sell $30 oil change cards, earn $30 per card. Click here to download the order form, or pick one up in the LC/LN PA offices. Sale ends August 30th
- Cards for both fundraisers will be on sale at registration – Cash and check payments accepted, checks should be made payable to your home school.
- There will be spirit wear from previous shows for sale at registration. Cash or check payments accepted.
